Delivery Methods
In partnership with logistics providers:
- Home Delivery: Convenient home delivery, in-store pickup at designated locations, Hsinchu Freight Home Delivery (Taiwan mainland only).
- Convenience Stores: 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK (Convenience store locations on Taiwan mainland and offshore islands).

Home Delivery
- Delivery Time: 2-3 days
- Applicable to Taiwan mainland
Convenience Store Pickup
- Delivery Time: 3-5 days
- Applicable to Taiwan mainland
Shipping Information
- After placing an order (excluding the order day), the product will be shipped within approximately 3-5 business days, excluding holidays.
- Our company's shipping hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. We do not arrange deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- In case of an increase in orders during festive holidays or due to uncontrollable natural disasters, there may be delays in shipping.
- If you choose "Home Delivery": The actual delivery schedule will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.
- If you choose "Convenience Store Pickup": Please be sure to pick up your order when you receive the pickup notification. Any shipping fees incurred due to failure to pick up will be the responsibility of the customer.
