Return and Exchange Policy
Product Inspection Period
According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day the product is delivered (including holidays). No returns or exchanges will be provided beyond this period.If the product you purchased is a customized item, according to the Consumer Protection Act, you will not be entitled to the 7-day cooling-off period after receiving the product, and returns will not be accepted.
Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period. The product you return must be in its original condition (as it was when it was delivered) and maintain its complete packaging.If you request a return or exchange, or if we are unable to accept your full or partial order, or if the contract is terminated or becomes ineffective, and a refund needs to be processed for you, you agree that we may handle the necessary documents required by relevant laws on your behalf. This includes the integrity of the product, accessories, gifts, warranty certificates, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or information. Do not omit any accessories or damage the original outer packaging.
The following conditions do not qualify for returns:
- Products past the 7-day inspection period.
- Products that have been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear and tear, scratches, dirt, incomplete packaging, or missing invoices, accessories, or malicious or bulk returns.
- If you need to return a product, please provide your basic information, order number, and the reason for the return through our online inquiry system. We will review your return request within 1 business day starting from the day we receive your request. Once the review is complete, we will notify you via email and arrange for a designated courier to contact you within 5 business days to collect the returned product.
- Please keep your phone accessible and have the original product, packaging, and accessories ready for delivery to the courier. The courier will only be responsible for receiving the item, and the inspection of the returned product will be carried out by our designated manufacturer. After the courier picks up the item, they will provide you with a signed receipt. Please retain it for your records.
- When returning the product, please use the same outer packaging (cardboard box or packaging bag) that was used by us or our designated manufacturer when the product was delivered to you.
- If the original packaging has been lost, please use another appropriate packaging box outside of the original manufacturer's box. Do not allow the courier's note to be directly attached to the original manufacturer's box or write on it.
Please be reminded that the original manufacturer's box and packaging are considered part of the product. If they are lost, damaged, or incomplete, it may affect your return rights, and costs may be deducted according to the extent of damage necessary to restore it to its original condition.
Exchange products must be unused and free from any human-caused defects, such as stains, malfunctions, etc. If the store provides specific instructions, please keep the complete original packaging (including the external packaging box). Otherwise, exchanges will not be accepted.
- If you and the store agree to proceed with an exchange, please process the return on the original order and place a new order with the store. We will send you an invoice for any price differences and either charge or refund the applicable fees. If there is no price difference, no further action is required.
- Upon confirming the accuracy of your request, we will follow the relevant regulations of the Consumer Protection Act and refund the amount you have paid (including credit card transactions) on the same day. An email notification will be sent to you on the day of the refund.
